RICHARD RANDALL KURITZ .Born in Crestview, Florida on June 23, 1965, Richard graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of West Florida in 1989. He completed his first year of Law School at Loyola New Orleans, LA, where he finished in the Top 10% of his class. He transferred to Florida State University College of Law where he graduated with Honors in 1992.
